Susan began her love of the salon and spa industry when she was hired as a salon manager in 1994, while pursuing her Bachelor's of Arts degree. She became an Aesthetician in 2002 to help women correct a variety of skin conditions plaguing them. Over the past 5 years, Susan has also witnessed an increase in the demand of women trying to find a spa that offered a safe, clean and fast brazilian wax. Since 2002, Susan has provided that trusting environment and has completed over 30,000 brazilian waxes! In addition to being an expert in brazilian waxing, Susan is also technically trained in advanced chemical peel treatments, eyebrow design and eyelash extension applications. Her commitment to consistency in all procedures and her dedication to providing each client with the highest quality of service, marks the strong difference between Susan and other aestheticians in the market. Her main goal is to provide each client with the best possible experience, so that they enjoy their visit with her and look forward to returning.

In addition, to degrees in Social Science and Philosophy from Alverno College, Susan also has a strong background in marketing and public relations. Prior to becoming an Aesthetician, she spent many years as a Director of Marketing for a local manufacturing company. Susan has held a State of Wisconsin License in Aesthetics since 2001.
